Prior to 2023, AOK’s strategic plan was created by Leadership Howard County’s Leadership Premier program as part of a community service project. In the 2023-2024 school year - 20 years since the grassroots program began - the Board of Directors envisioned this version of our plan to guide AOK into the next 20 years. ​
